Yes, through a public API with a per-company key, signature and idempotency identifier — your ERP posts the intake load and looks up batches without re-typing data. Development on the ERP side is done by the team that maintains it, and the scope is defined per project.
Metrics integrates with Garten and Bextra flow scales, through dedicated equipment installed at your plant, reading weight and accumulated totals. Without integration, production control can also be entered manually from the scale's initial and final reading.
Metrics is a web platform and needs a connection to sync. It works on phones and tablets, and can be installed as an app straight from the browser.
Your team defines the limits for each parameter, with support from our post-harvest specialists during rollout. The standards stay under your control and can be adjusted whenever the process changes — the alert history keeps the reference that was in force at the time, so changing a standard doesn't rewrite the past.
